1. Cancellation Policy Service Cancellation by Client: Clients may request to cancel a project or subscription by submitting a written request via email to [email protected]. For project-based services (AI development, app development, web design, UI/UX), cancellation requests can be made before or during project execution. For monthly subscription services (SEO, digital marketing), a minimum of 15 days' prior notice is required before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation by Agenttuit: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or breach of contract by the client. In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be processed depending on the project stage. 2. Refund Policy AI Agent Development, Software Development, and Mobile App Projects: If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued. If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund will be provided based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered project phases or milestones. Web Design, UI/UX Design Services: Full refund if canceled before the project initiation. Partial refund if canceled after project initiation, based on work completed. No refund after the design has been finalized and approved by the client. SEO & Digital Marketing Monthly Plans: Clients may cancel with 15 days' prior notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the current or previous billing cycles. 3. Non-Refundable Items Payments made for domain registrations, third-party licenses, hosting services, or paid plugins/subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable. Any taxes or transaction fees charged by payment gateways (such as Razorpay or banks) are non-refundable. 4. Refund Processing Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the refund approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client at the time of transaction. 5. Disputes In the event of a dispute, Agenttuit will work in good faith with the client to resolve issues amicably.
